Neil is a New York based actor, model, musician and composer who has performed in a wide range of plays including Othello, Macbeth, Henry IV Part One, Of Mice and Men, In Arabia We’d All Be Kings, Equus, Urinetown the Musical, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof and Master Class. Neil also enjoyed portraying Pope Alexander VI in Valentino: a play in verse at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, served as music director, pianist and composer for a production of Mother Courage and Her Children and has also written original music for productions of Pericles and Macbeth.
On film, Neil appears in Gia Coppola’s Palo Alto, Mike Birbiglia’s Don’t Think Twice and Woody Allen’s Café Society as well as Danny Strong’s upcoming Rebel in the Rye, Stephan Gaghan’s Gold and Zach Braff’s Going in Style. On television, Neil can be seen in episodes of Blindspot, Madam Secretary, Gotham, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Blue Bloods as well as HBO’s upcoming Westworld and Divorce.
A piano bar performer, Neil spends a lot of time at the piano re-creating the music of his favorite pianists/pop artists including Elton John, Billy Joel and Warren Zevon.
Neil holds degrees from Antioch University Los Angeles, Indiana University and Binghamton University and presently studies acting at the Barrow Group.
Neil is most proud of his accomplishments as a husband and father and thanks his wife Paula and his children Anna, Emily and Samuel for their love and encouragement of his artistic pursuits.
